She was admitted with large uterine polypus, and gave the history that she had borne 3 children, the last having been still-born about 7 years ago. The catamenia [menstruation] had at no time been very regular, but twice then she had suffered from one or two severe floodings, and during the last 4 years had been free from red or colourful discharge’
