Disease (transcribed): Acute bronchitis with ecchymosis under the mucous membrane and ulceration; and sloughing of submucous cellular tissue. Ulceration of cartilages of trachea. Inflammation of lungs with red and grey hepatisation. Recent pericarditis. Enlarged, hypertrophied and dilated heart.
