Disease (transcribed): Erysipelas. Old pleuritic adhesions. Vomica and tubercles in lung. Dilatation of cavities of heart. Recent peritonitis with purulent effusion into cavity of peritoneum. Large liver. Very large kidneys with large quantities of fat in substance and mottled.
