Disease (transcribed): Universal old adhesions of pleurae on both sides. Vomicae of both lungs with hepatisation of the left one. Liver much enlarged. Serum in peritoneal cavity. Ulceration of the mucous membrane of lower portion of the small intestine and the head of the colon.
