Medical notes: The patient was in the employ of the Humane Society as iceman. Two days prior to admission he had helped to rescue two or three persons who had broken through the ice. Later in the day he had a fall on the ice and hurt his left hip. He was admitted and suffered continual wakefulness and low rambling delirium.
