Medical notes: The man had been walking across the park on the 27th Mar when he was seized with a fit of giddiness and felt numbness in left side of the face, arm and leg. At the same time he had a very acute pain in the back of the head and this was then followed by hiccoughs.
Body parts examined in the post mortem: Pleurae, lungs, heart, liver, spleen, kidneys, meninges, brain and cerebellum
