Medical notes: On November 5th he complained of feeling cold and of pain in one side but there was no rigor. He took to bed the next day, and was a little light headed on November 8th. On November 9th he came up to the hospital with signs at the right apex resembling those of phthisis.
Body parts examined in the post mortem: Pleurae, lungs, larynx, thyroid, tonsils, pericardium, heart, peritoneum, intestines, liver, spleen, suprarenals, kidneys, testes, bladder, prostate, penis, brain and ears
