The legs had swelled slightly 3 times during the past year. On admission: 31/12/'21. Obese, dyspnoeic and cyanosed. Heart. A.B. 6 [inches] from midline. No murmurs. Lungs. Bronchitis and emphysema. Abdomen. Distended. Liver enlarged. Oedema of legs and back. Urine contained albumen'
