He could walk however & went to his work as usual, but nothing he said could be understood, so he was sent home again. Later in the day his walk was very shaky & tottering, & articulation was quite lost. He gradually became weaker & on admission there was complete aphasia with right hemiplegia, but he could just move the leg very slightly. There was slight right facial paralysis’
