No history of miscarriages. No history of alcoholism. P.I. [Present Illness] July seventh when in usual health had fainting attack succeeded by violent pains in the occipital region. Nothing to point to fit of cortical nature. After fit the pain in occipital region continued and the head was retracted. Could not flex head and lateral movement caused pain. July 9th similar attack. No history of vomiting. No diplopia or giddiness'
