Disease (transcribed): Ulceration of small intestine, cicatrisation and contraction of the gut, reducing its canal to the size of a small quill. Dilatation of gut above. Stercoraceous vomiting. Tubercular and cretaceous deposit in mesenteric glands, but no where else.
