During her pregnancy she tried to conceal her condition by tight lacing and suffered from much vomiting. After her confinement she worked hard and had ill-health. The catamenia [menstruation] did not reappear, and she was much troubled with dyspeptic symptoms. Nothing more definite was ascertainable'
