For two years she had noticed a fulness in the epigastrium. From Dec [December] 1st to 31st she suffered from a dry 'spasmodic' cough, which began suddenly without rigor or nasal catarrh. On [December] 12, he vomited about Oiss [1.5 pints] of coffee ground material, ¼ hour after taking some warm milk'
