Medical notes: '[No history] of heritable disease. For 10 years he has had shortness of breath. HE continued to get about till 4 months ago when he began to have scalding on micturition. This condition has steadily got worse. Of late urine has been passed every 10 minutes & the act of micturition has become very painful’
