Medical notes: 'William Lovell, at 21, a pot boy, reported to be subject of epileptic fits, was admitted on 25th of March with a small scalp wound over the occiput, which did not expose the bone. When brought to the hospital he was still in a fit, during which the scalp wound had been produced’
