Medical notes: Five weeks ago he went off his food, with frequent attacks of vomiting and alternating diarrhoea and constipation with passage of mucus. He was lost weight. He was an In Patient here in April 1927 for relative aortic stenosis. An X-ray showed an aneurysm. The heart was not enlarged, there was no thrill.
