Disease (transcribed): Fracture of the pelvis. Rupture of the membranous portion of the urethra and of the inter-pubic ligaments. Right sacroiliac articulation destroyed, with suppuration between the bones. Bladder inflamed.

Medical notes: Whilst riding the shaft of a waggon, the patient fell and the wheel passed over his pelvis. He was soon afterwards taken to the Hospital in a state of collapse.
