She had had pain extending from the occiput to between the shoulders, which occasionally radiated down the arms, and she experienced pain on flexing the head forward, tho' [though] she could rotate it more easily. Since the onset there had been constipation and incontinence of urine. She denied any unasthenic[?] or numbness of the limbs'
