Pulse equal on both sides. B.P. [Blood pressure] 125 mm. Abdomen N.A.D. [Nothing abnormal discovered] C.N.S. [Central nervous system] N.A.D. [Nothing abnormal discovered]. Course…. The Wassermann was negative. Three days after admission she sudenly [sic] felt faint, became breathless and cyanosed and died. 8.3.'22'
