Medical notes: 'Patient admitted never having menstruated. On examination, no vagina found [?] two distinct tumours felt, one on the left side extending as high as umbilicus the tumour on the right side bulges into the rectum. The bladder sound was passed and it was found that there was only a very thin septum between bladder and rectum'
