Disease (transcribed): Old double pleurisy. Recent also on the left side. Scrofulous matter with surrounding hepatization in the middle of both lungs. Emphysema. The bullae having very peculiar character. Dilatation of right side of heart with hypertrophy. Fibrous tumours of the uterus and surrounding peritonitis
