Medical notes: No history could be obtained. The patient was emaciated and sallow, presented a perfectly composed and rational manner, and performed all the ordinary functions of life with precision. He was weak and did not rise from bed.
Body parts examined in the post mortem: Pleurae, lungs, bronchi, heart, liver, kidneys, spleen, brain and spinal cord.
