Medical notes: Stone-mason by trade. Just before his admission he fell from a height of about 30 feet on to some stones. On examination it was found he had a compound, comminuted fracture of elbow-joint & dislocation of head of humerus upwards & forwards with probable fracture of coracoid process of scapula’
