[Weight] at birth 7 lbs. Thrived for 6 weeks, then began to waste. Breast fed for 3 months; vomiting started before she was weaned and continued up to 3 weeks before adm. [admission]. Bowels regular. Indefinite history of snuffles, but not history of rash. The lump at the back of the neck, which got larger on coughing, was noticed only for a few weeks'
