Disease (transcribed): Stricture of the urethra. Ulceration of membranous portion, effusion of urine. False passages. Large circumscribed abscess between bladder and rectum. Opening in rectum. Bladder hypertrophied, with chronic inflammation. Dilatation of ureters with chronic inflammation of the kidneys. Peritonitis.
