[Right] shoulder. There was unilateral R. [Right] sweating from almost the beginning. The R. [Right] arm had been distinctly weak for past 6 months. The lump in the region of the sterno clavicular joint had been noticed for 5 or 6 weeks: it had increased considerably in size during the 14 days before admission. Loss of flesh lately. No dysphagia. Doubtful history of syphilis'
