Year before admission fell and cut left groin on a coal scuttle – Wound healed quickly – 3 months later a lump appeared in situation of wound and increased without pain for 6 months. Pain then ensued and skin over tumour gave way. Several open wounds found which have since frequently bled – Never noticed anything wrong with vagina – No bladder symptoms till 2 days before admission when great pain and difficulty in micturition set in – No history of cancer'
