Medical notes: For ten days the patient had had a headache, felt chilly and shivered; for five she had been very weak and kept to her bed; for four had had a cough and for three a sore throat. The bowels were confined.
Body parts examined in the post mortem: Pleurae, lungs, heart, liver, kidneys, spleen and intestine. The post mortem was from Dr Whipham's notes
