Had left home in the morning in her usual health to take a situation where she was engaged to attend a lady in her confinement, and was seized with pain in the head in walking along the street, which when she reached the hospital was so severe that she felt utterly unable to proceed. She described it as confined to the right side of the head, and being so intense that she could not hold up’
