On Mar [March] 5th about 1 hr: [hour] after tea she vomited about half a teacupful of blood. There had been no milaena. Bowels regular. Catamenia regular. She had had dyspnoea 3 years before but had not suffered in this way since. Nothing else noteworthy in her family or previous medical history'
