Disease (transcribed): Sloughs on back. Slight softening and increased vascularity of the dorsal part of the spinal chord. Fluid in there and in subarachnoid tissue. Exostoses of cranium. Suppuration in front of larynx. Pneumonia. Heart dilated. Aorta atheromatous and calcareous
