Disease (transcribed): Scattered miliary tubercles. Pneumonia. Heart soft and flaccid. Valves thickened. Dilatation of aorta. Kidneys containing calculi – both organs mottled, granular and extensively absorbed. Ureters blocked up by firm coagula.
