Haemoptysis in small quantities since October 1903. No oedema. Complains of facial flushing. Headache. No indigestion. Bo. [Bowels] regular. Σ [Syphilis] 14 years ago. Pneumonia Xmas 1903. No Rheum: [Rheumatic] Fever. Patient is in a condition of great unrest'
