Disease (transcribed): Lungs gorged with blood and frothy serum. Hypertrophy of heart and dilatation of left cavities. Thoracic aorta thickened from fatty and atheromatous deposit on inner surface. In some spots thinning of the vessel had taken place. Right kidney atrophied. Left coarse and lobulated, with cysts. Cyst of right ovary containing dark coagulated substance.
